**Return Policy**

To return an item you must call Bernell to receive an RMA number. This RMA number must be visible on the outside of the box. Returns will be fully credited if there is a manufacturer defect, such as cracks, peeling or color fading. Frames returned with cuts or marks caused by chewing on the frames will not be considered a defect and just non-returnable.

Exchanges can be made with any frame but the returned frames MUST be in mint condition. Any frames returned to stock, but not exchanged, will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
